Matt and John were the perfect photographers at our recent wedding. Not afraid to socialise and direct guests, but friendly and approachable. They were subtle in taking shots of the ceremony and reception, and personable when taking more intimate couple shots. Throughout the planning process they were always on hand for questions, and took a real interest in the day. Would 100% recommend.

We can't thank Awaken Images more for helping us capture our wedding day. Matt and John were incredible! There are no words to thank them for being part of our wedding day. From start to finish they were dedicated, patient, organised and went above and beyond for us. We also hired their glitterbooth which went down very well with all the evening guests. We already know from the previews we have seen that the photos are going to be outstanding. We couldn’t recommend these guys enough and we know we picked the perfect photographers for the job. Thank you both for all your hard work throughout the whole day- we will hold you both close in our hearts for the rest of our lives.

They were fantastic from the get go. They bent over backwards to ensure myself and wife had a fantastic day and that everything was captured. They delivered everything that we asked and more which made for some beautiful photos to remember our special day. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Absolutely superb.

I can not rate these two highly enough. Made the time to come and speak with us before even though we were all very busy. Photos are outstanding and we were stuck for choice because they were all beautifully edited and taken.

Matt and John were so understanding to what we wanted they were so professional I loved all they did I have no comments to improve they were perfect and the pictures were more than I could of asked for. All of our guests commented on how well they did and how they had everything under control even with 2 sets of divorced families!

They were absolutely brilliant on the day, they helped us out (keeping people informed how we were getting on etc) I was even running quite late and we still managed to get all the pictures we wanted without taking up much time. And when needed I didn’t even feel they were in the room so we got some lovely natural pictures too. They were a pleasure to have there on our big day. The photos are brilliant and love looking through them

From the moment we picked up the phone to enquire, to the big day itself, we felt we were organiaing our photography with friends, not just another photography company. From the personal meeting over coffee at our house, to our endless list of questions and requests, we really felt like we were listened to and on the day it all just felt so relaxed. By the end of the night we felt we were just saying goodbye to friends...and the photo's were brilliant too! Definitely recommended!

John and Matt made our experience of wedding planning very easy. As it was the first wedding both of us had been involved in having them there to explain and guide us on the wedding norms as well as helping us think of things that suited us as a couple. The photos we have received since our wedding have been amazing and they have really captured every part of our wedding and we love looking back at these and seeing the joy and emotion in ours and our guests faces.

Matt and John were both brilliant for our wedding. They immediately made us feel comfortable around them from when we first met them and this continued throughout. The quality of their work is amazing and my partner is not keen on having his photo taken and they made us feel so relaxed and made games out of our photos which have resulted in the most natural looking photos from our special day. They fitted in with all of our guests and we are in love with each and every photo taken. Would highly recommend them for an event!! Thanks again so much guys!! :)

I can't begin to recommend Awaken Images more. Couldn't be happier with their service. Not only is Matt a wonderful photographer, but the professional attitude and aftercare of both Matt and John is second to none. Matt and John came to the recuse 24 hours before I was severely let down by another wedding photographer. They immediately put me at ease and blended into the day perfectly. They both manage to get the right mix of being present but allowing natural moments to occur throughout your wedding. Having two cameras there catches both the structured shots and the candid photos that we all love. Overall, if you are looking for professional, reliable, talented photographers then I would highly recommend Awaken Images for your wedding.
