A wedding Photographers Guide
Today our blog and small guide features Ellie and Austin's' Wedding,
Venue: The Atheneaum and Abbey Gardens, Bury St Edmunds.
Bury St Edmunds is "home turf" for us. We've photographed many times for civil ceremonies in Bury. The Atheneaum was used for civil ceremonies (it has changed in 2022).
The Bride makes her entrance into the Billiards Room for the ceremony.
Registars from the Bury St Edmund's Registry Office officiated.
Exchanging of the rings.
Time for a confetti shot outside the Atheneaum.
Bury St Edmund's Cathedral makes for a great backdrop
Some formal shots
Some not so formal shots
With the beautiful Abbey Gardens on the doorstep, we love to take our couples for a tour of the gardens. This shot is taken in the Rose Garden with the Cathedral in the background
Our unposed system works a treat.
So our tour of the Gardens was complete but...
When you have the Angel Hotel on the doorstep no tour would be complete without this lovely shot of all the guests.
We hope our images have helped inspire you. If you are looking for photographers who always provide 2 shooters on the day, who will get to know you and what you want for your day, and to accompany you on your wedding journey why not get in touch - email@example.com.
The Angel Hotel can accommodate wedding parties large and small for dinner in the restaurant or for smaller private parties on the Green Room.
The Atheneaum can host wedding receptions in the Great Hall.
There are many venues in and around Bury St Edmunds that cater for all sizes and types of weddings.
If you're struggling to find one to suit you why not give us a call. We'd love to hear from you.
