A wedding Photographers Guide
Today our blog and small guide features Ellie and Austin's' Wedding,
Venue: The Atheneaum and Abbey Gardens, Bury St Edmunds.
Bury St Edmunds is "home turf" for us. We've photographed many times for civil ceremonies in Bury. The Atheneaum was used for civil ceremonies (it has changed in 2022).
The Bride makes her entrance into the Billiards Room for the ceremony.

Abbey Gardens
With the beautiful Abbey Gardens on the doorstep, we love to take our couples for a tour of the gardens. This shot is taken in the Rose Garden with the Cathedral in the background
Our unposed system works a treat.
So our tour of the Gardens was complete but...
When you have the Angel Hotel on the doorstep no tour would be complete without this lovely shot of all the guests.

The Atheneaum can host wedding receptions in the Great Hall.
